Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging; please note that perishable food items are generally non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged goods to initiate a return or replacement request.

  Prepare Your Package

  For non-perishable hard goods, securely pack the item in its original box and include the return authorization slip provided by our team.

  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
